High-Carbon Alloy Steel Construction

All of our cutters are forged from high-chromium, high-carbon alloy steel that meets tool steel standards for cutting tools. Blades are machined for consistent geometry, proper alignment, and stability. They are then heat treated and hardened with a proprietary, in-house process that results in edge hardness up to 67 HRC. This unique process creates a hard edge and tough blade body while minimizing brittleness.

As a result of our multi-step manufacturing process, our cutters can perform high volumes of consistent cuts in industrial applications with little time needed for maintenance or resharpening.

ESD-Safe, Ergonomic Cutter Design

Conventional cutters can lead to repetitive stress injuries and operator fatigue when workers perform the same motions over and over again.
