Swanstrom Tools warrants its product to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. Please direct any warranty questions to our Sales Manager. The suspected faulty product typically needs to be returned to the factory for final warranty determination. Swanstrom Tools reserves the right to repair, replace or credit any tools returned under warranty. Abused or altered tools are not covered. Hand tools are a consumable product and Swanstrom Tools does not offer a lifetime warranty.
